One of the most eagerly awaited moments for the legion of Zurbaraners has arrived!
We are thrilled to announce that ROBIN MCAULEY, a living legend of melodic hard rock, will perform an acoustic set on the Fundación Círculo Stage, located next to the Cathedral—one of the most unique venues of Zurbarán Rock Burgos 2025.
Set in Plaza del Rey San Fernando, right in the heart of the city and at the foot of the majestic Burgos Cathedral, the Fundación Círculo Stage offers a truly incomparable setting for live music. With more than 800 years of history and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Cathedral houses the famous Papamoscas, who also stars on this year’s official festival T-shirt. A location full of history and symbolism, it will host a truly special performance.
Robin McAuley is one of the most iconic voices in hard rock and heavy metal history. Over his long and storied career, he has been part of legendary bands such as McAuley Schenker Group, Grand Prix, Survivor, and Black Swan, leaving an indelible mark on the genre. His unmistakable melodic yet powerful voice has captivated millions of fans around the globe and has been the soundtrack to countless unforgettable rock moments.
At Zurbarán Rock Burgos 2025, audiences will have two chances to enjoy this legendary voice live:
- Friday, July 18 – Electric performance on the Diario de Burgos Stage in Parque de San Agustín.
- Saturday, July 19 at 1:00 PM – Acoustic performance on the Fundación Círculo Stage, next to the Cathedral in Plaza del Rey San Fernando, a space sponsored by Fundación Círculo.
